Speech Therapy
Integra Home Health offers the services of a speech and language pathologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of cognition/thinking skills and communication disorders. Our licensed speech therapist will collaborate with your physicians, nurses and other caregivers to make sure you are getting the healthcare you need. We provide customized healthcare treatment in the comfort of your own home to help you regain communication skills, improve your ability to eat and swallow and improve your overall quality of life.
Skilled Nursing
At Integra Home Health, we are proud to offer all of our clients a Registered Nurse to oversee their individual healthcare needs. The Registered Nurse acts as each client’s Case Manager, helping families make any difficult decisions that may arise while their loved one is aging in place. We also provide specific healthcare services such as wound care, catheter/colostomy care, nutrition services, diabetes care and other nursing services specific to each client’s needs.
Social Work
Integra Home Health has a licensed medical social worker on staff to perform socio-psychological evaluation of our clients and their support systems. We assist you and your family with personal and environmental difficulties that may predispose you toward illness or interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care. We provide support designed to restore you to your optimum level of social adjustment.
