Personal Needs Services
The dedicated healthcare providers from Integra’s Companion and Homemaker services offer companionship and activities personalized to your individual needs. We provide flexible schedules with three hours required and our healthcare services can be provided individually or in a community setting. Our customized personal healthcare services include, but are not limited to:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Skin Care
- Toileting/Incontinence Care
- Preparing meals and helping with grocery shopping
- Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and changing bed sheets and linens
- Providing transportation for errands, medical appointments, and social outings
- Assisting with mobility, bed transfers, wheelchair transfers, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders and picking up prescriptions
- Ensuring safety and fall prevention measures are in place
- Providing cognitive stimulation and emotional support
- Offering companionship and fostering social interactions
Transportation
Integra can provide supervised transportation services for doctor appointments, shopping trips, errands, salon visits, short outings and special events. We’re here for you whenever you need us. In addition, we offer pre- and post-operation services that include specialized care, treatment and transportation before and after surgery or healthcare procedures.
Specialized Services
Daytime and Overnight Supervision
Integra offers our clients flexible and dependable schedules with three hours required. Daytime and Overnight supervision may include personal healthcare needs or companion and homemaker services. Daytime needs can start as early as the individual would like and go throughout the day. Overnight supervision can include safety checks, toileting assistance and any personal healthcare services needed. Each service can go up to 24 hours, based on the individual’s request.
Respite Services
Integra can assure that your loved one is in good hands while you take a much-needed break — for a day, evening, weekend or entire vacation. Our respite, or short-term services, can allow you the time you need to maintain your own quality of life while providing healthcare for a loved one.
Pre-/Post- Op Services
Integra offers home care services to those individuals who may be going in or coming home from surgery. Our Pre-Op services include preparing the client for their surgery day, including specific diet needs, voiding schedules and transportation services to doctors’ appointments. Our Post-Op services include transportation home from the hospital, pharmacy stops for prescribed medications, as well as medication reminders, errands, laundry services, bed linens and any after surgery needs the individual may have. Each healthcare plan is specific to the person’s need.
Memory Care
If you’ve reached the point where you feel like you can’t fully meet the needs of a loved one struggling with memory impairment, Integra can help. We are a leading participant in the train-the-trainer program to educate our caregivers in Alzheimer’s and dementia.
In addition, our other family businesses, The Arbors and The Ivy, offer Reflections, an assisted living residential program that offers specialized memory support in a safe, homelike environment.
Concierge Services
Not everyone is ready for Home Care or Senior Living Options. Our Concierge Services help you maintain your independence at home for as long as possible.
We assist our clients with an array of tasks both inside and outside of the home. We cater to your specific needs and will tailor our services to best assist you.
