Who We Are
Integra Home Health is a family owned and operated homecare agency. We offer personal healthcare services in your home, as well as assisted living residences, senior housing communities or nursing homes. We are headquartered in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and provide healthcare services throughout Massachusetts.
Our homecare programs are designed to meet your individual needs and provide you with the highest level of healthcare. We want to help you remain self reliant, comfortably enjoying life in your environment.
Our nurses, therapists, home health aides and homemakers are trained, insured, certified, caring and fully licensed healthcare providers. Our programs are custom-designed to give you the help you need while maintaining the comfort and security of your familiar surroundings. Services include managing daily tasks, short-term care following an illness or a hospital stay, or an ongoing program that allows you to stay safely in your home. Our healthcare services are available short- or long-term full- or part-time. Private Services are available 24/7.
Our caregivers use a telephone call in and out system, guaranteeing their timeliness and ensuring that there will be no errors in billing for the services you receive.
Whether you need assistance for a few hours, or the support of a long-term arrangement, Integra is here to help.
We don’t just run our business. We live our business. And that tradition goes back a long way.
E.A. Gralia Construction was founded in 1966 by our grandparents, Ernie and Rose Marie Gralia. Over time, the next generation — our parents — all came to work at the company alongside their parents.
Our generation started young. We inherited the work ethic and drive to make a difference in people’s lives from the generations that came before us and we made it our mission to continue the tradition and take The Arbors businesses to the next level.
Together with our spouses, we have driven all of the companies forward with a strong focus on personalized care and innovative programs designed to keep our residents and those in our home care program engaged, active and healthy.
Another important development has been Arbors Kids. We discovered there are many similarities to caring for people both young and old. We may be a little bigger today, but our family philosophy remains the same: Genuine kindness, comfort and care can make a big difference in people’s lives.
