Emily Gralia

Agency Director

I grew up in the family business and have been involved in some aspect of it since I was 13. I got to know the day-to-day operations first-hand and gained the experience that serves me in my current position.

After graduating from Western New England College in 2007, I worked on the development side of The Arbors before holding the position of Marketing Director for three years.

I came to Integra in August of 2011. I love that I work with amazing individuals who care about the company and clients as much as I do. It’s been very rewarding to be a part of Integra’s growth and to see all the clients we have assisted.

During my time off, I love traveling, going to the movies and spending as much time as possible on the beach. I was born and raised in East Longmeadow and all of my family still lives in the area. I love being close with my family, especially spending days with my niece and two nephews. Sunday dinners are a family tradition.

Ed Walters-Zucco

RN Case Manager/Co-Director

I’ve been with Integra since January 2012. Prior to that, I worked for The Arbors as the Resident Care Director in Amherst and Greenfield for six years. My mother, Karen Walters-Zucco, has also worked for the company for over ten years as the Executive Director and Marketing Director for the Arbors in Amherst.

I started my career as an RCA (Resident Care Assistant) for The Arbors. I got my LPN from HCC in 2005 and my RN from STCC in 2009. Since graduating, I’ve had lots of training in the area of Dementia Care and regularly provide education in services/trainings for the community, professionals and healthcare facilities. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a case manager is helping families in times of crisis to navigate the healthcare system and get their loved one back on their feet.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors and love to go whitewater rafting in Maine with my friends. I am a certified whitewater rafting guide. I was born in Niagara Falls, but lived most of my life in South Hadley. My wife Vanessa and I recently bought a home in Agawam.

Briana Molinari

Human Resources

Before coming to Integra in January of 2013, I worked as the Office Manager at The Arbors Kids for two years. The most rewarding part of working at Integra is seeing the caregivers I hire go out into the community and provide excellent care for our clients and help them remain independent.

I was born and raised in East Longmeadow and graduated from STCC with a business degree in 2008. I feel lucky to be surrounded by my family in East Longmeadow, where I live with my husband Joe.

Outside of the office, I spend most of my time with family and friends. I’m always looking for new places to go out to dinner. And going out dancing is one of my favorite things.

Nuno Inacio

Case Manager

I was born in Portugal and lived there until the age of eleven, when my family and I moved to Massachusetts. My school teachers were instrumental in helping me through my transition, which is what sparked my interest in helping people by pursuing a career in healthcare.
In 1997, I entered the field as a physical therapy aide, then became a home health aide and certified nurse aide. I obtained my LPN license at HCC in 2005 and began my career on a transitional care unit. This was followed by a move into a specialized orthopedic rehab unit in 2007.
Today, I am excited to continue my career with Integra as a case manager. Outside of work, you can find me enjoying the outdoors or catching up on TV shows with family and friends. I also enjoy walking my dog, Bear, and taking long runs.
