Amie Hanrahan

Amie has over 25 years of firsthand experience and knowledge of the senior living industry. Over the past 6 years, Amie has been responsible for pre-marketing, opening our new communities, and managing the sales, marketing and occupancy growth of all new communities that The Arbors and Ivy Assisted Livings has developed. Each and every community has been a building block in Amie’s evolving role in building our business portfolio.

Amie is now bringing her family driven culture and senior living experience to Integra Home Health Agency, the sister company to The Arbors and Ivy Assisted Livings. Integra Health opened in 2010 with the mission to better support our assisted living residents with additional personal care services that they may require during their stay. Since then, Integra has expanded into the Community and many other Assisted Living Communities to lend support to Clients wherever they may be needed. Amie has a passion for the elderly population and making a difference in their lives.

Briana Carlos

Co-Director

In her ten years with the company, Briana has worked and provided exceptional service for Integra Home Health. She believes the most rewarding part of working at Integra is seeing the caregivers she’s hired go out into the community and provide excellent care for clients as well as independence for loved ones.

Briana was born and raised in East Longmeadow and graduated from STCC with a business degree in 2008. She feels lucky to be surrounded by her family in East Longmeadow, where she lives with her husband Joe and daughters Giavana and Gabriella.

Outside of the office, Briana spends most of her time with family and friends. She is always looking for new places to go out to dinner and loves to travel.

Melanie Wright

Scheduling Coordinator

Melanie started with Integra in 2011 as a Certified Nursing Aide, working in the field one-on-one with clients. In 2013, she became one of the Scheduling Coordinators in the office and has been in the position ever since. It was definitely a transition from being in the field and seeing clients every day, but Melanie loves working with the Integra team to staff for clients and enjoys getting them the care they need in their home.

Melanie began her caregiving career in 2009, when she attended Hartford Community College and received her CNA license. From there she landed her first CNA job at Suffield by the River and realized she had a passion for working with the elderly. This was a career she knew she wanted to stay in and is thankful she has had the opportunity to do so.

In her spare time, Melanie loves being with her three kids, taking trips, and having dinners at her grandma’s house with all of her family.
